Job summary

COMBIPHAR Group is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage hospital accounts across Indonesia. You will identify and register new accounts, develop promotional and marketing programs, and negotiate on standardization processes and pricing guidelines to drive growth.

You will establish relationships with Key Accounts, map decision-makers, and work closely with Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to align account objectives with company priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong negotiation skills and hospital business knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct the process of identifying and registering new account as well as developing and negotiating on standardization process and promotional & marketing programs in line with the pricing guidelines that deliver growth in order to add potential account, establish, and manage business partnership to grow the business

Establish contacts and develop relationships with Key Accounts and identify the decision-making process and account mapping to ensure leverage of company priorities

Effectively aligned and working closely with cross functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Legal and Compliance) on key customer needs, account objectives and the resulting as well as implementation plan.

To develop an annual by account plan that will ensure the achievements of his area goals and objective in all hospital
