Job summary

You will develop annual account plans, manage pricing, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with sales, supply chain, and marketing to grow volume and profitability. The role emphasizes hotels, restaurants, catering, QSR and cloud kitchens, building long-term relationships with chefs, owners, and finance teams.

• Develop annual account plans, volume targets, and account development strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders (chefs, purchasing, owners, finance).
• Conduct price negotiations, contracts, and collaboration programs while considering margins and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new product listings.
• Monitor forecasts, orders, and sales realization for key accounts.
• Handle customer complaints related to product quality, service, and supply in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales support, supply chain, production, finance, marketing).
• Analyze sales performance and food service market trends.

• Menyusun account plan tahunan, target volume, dan strategi pengembangan account.
• Membangun dan menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan stakeholder utama (chef, purchasing, owner, finance).
• Melakukan negosiasi harga, kontrak, dan program kerja sama dengan mempertimbangkan margin dan profitabilitas.
• Mengidentifikasi peluang upselling, cross selling, dan new product listing.
• Memantau forecast, order, dan realisasi penjualan key account.
• Menangani complaint pelanggan terkait kualitas produk, service, dan supply secara profesional.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (sales support, supply chain, produksi, finance, marketing).
• Melakukan analisa performa penjualan dan tren pasar food service.
