Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee daily food manufacturing operations at our Indonesia facilities. You will guide production staff, ensure adherence to plans, and optimize workflows. You will monitor processing, packaging, sanitation, and material handling, address routine issues, and report deviations.

This role emphasizes food safety, hygiene, quality, and safety standards. Daily operational records must be maintained.

Job description

Maintain daily operational records. Mengawasi operasional produksi makanan sehari-hari dan aktivitas staf sesuai dengan rencana kerja. Memantau aktivitas pengolahan, pengemasan, sanitasi, dan penanganan material. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keamanan pangan, kebersihan, kualitas, dan keselamatan. Membimbing operator dan menangani masalah operasional rutin. Melaporkan penyimpangan, masalah kualitas, atau masalah peralatan. Memelihara catatan operasional harian.
