Job summary

Facetology is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead Modern Trade sales, cultivate relationships with major retailers, and drive growth. You will craft strategic plans, negotiate terms, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and product launches.

You will monitor performance, analyze market trends, and prepare detailed reports for senior management while ensuring product availability across all accounts in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in key account management.
• Experience managing accounts in the Modern Trade channel.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).

As a Key Account Manager, You Will

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the Modern Trade (MT) channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including major retailers and partners in the beauty industry.
• Negotiate trading terms, promotions, and agreements to ensure mutual growth and profitability.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and address challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless execution of strategies and campaigns.
• Oversee new product launches and promotional activities within the MT channel.
• Track account performance and provide detailed sales and activity reports to senior management.
• Ensure proper inventory management and availability of products in all accounts.
• Identify potential new accounts and develop strategies to onboard them.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the beauty or FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in managing accounts within the Modern Trade (MT) channel.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta and travel as required.
