Job summary

Talent Insider in Indonesia is seeking an energetic sales professional to develop and manage Modern Trade accounts, especially in the Home Care category. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships and contribute to revenue growth.

You must be a capable negotiator with strong relationship skills, able to translate market insights into actionable plans and drive defined sales targets across key accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in building Modern Trade channels, with home care category exposure preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is required.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities with translating insights into action.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a proven deal-closing record.

Responsibilities

• Account Development: identify and establish new Modern Trade accounts in the Home Care category.
• Relationship Management: build and maintain relationships with buyers and decision-makers in Modern Trade.
• Sales Strategy: develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and hit targets.
• Market Analysis: analyze market trends, opportunities, and threats in Home Care.
• Negotiation: negotiate favorable terms and agreements with key accounts.

Requirement
