Job summary

Sociolla mencari kandidat berpengalaman untuk mengelola saluran Baby/Beauty dan GT agar mencapai target penjualan bersih. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan analitis yang kuat dan fokus pada pencapaian objektif bisnis.

Anda akan memimpin tim lapangan (SPG dan Salesman), bekerja sama dengan Trade Marketing untuk promosi dan kalender BTL, serta berkoordinasi dengan distributor untuk proses pengiriman, retur, dan AR, di Jakarta Barat / Medan / Makassar.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience managing General Trade (GT) customers.
• Experience in FMCG; baby and beauty categories preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Results-oriented with drive to meet business objectives.
• Good understanding of retail business model and baby products industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage business in Baby/Beauty store channels to achieve Nett revenue sales targets.
• Develop sales fundamentals: distribution, availability, visibility, and promotions.
• Lead and coach field sales team: SPG and Salesman.
• Coordinate with Trade Marketing to plan promotions and BTL activities across Baby/Beauty channels.
• Collaborate with distributor team to resolve delivery, returns, and AR issues.

• Partner with distributor team to follow up operational issues: delivery, return and AR.
