The role covers managing the ticketing system and resolving OS, software, hardware and network issues, with a focus on strong communication and a proactive attitude.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of experience and are willing to work in Karawang, demonstrating good attitude and communication skills.
