Job summary

ParagonCorp is seeking a diligent Operations Specialist to drive area activities in Kalimantan. You will monitor product availability, manage field SOPs, and coordinate with Beauty Advisor, Sales and other teams to ensure consistent execution.

Responsibilities include collecting field data, preparing area reports, evaluating conditions, and recommending improvements. Willingness to be placed across Kalimantan and proficient in MS Excel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any major.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, sales operations, or retail operations.
• Good understanding of operational SOPs and fieldwork processes.
• Ability to conduct field monitoring and operational evaluations.
• Basic skills in operational data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Carry out operational activities in the area to ensure work processes comply with company standards and guidelines.
• Monitor product availability, display, and operational activities at stores or points of sale.
• Collect and verify operational data related to sales, field activities, and area needs.
• Conduct routine evaluations of area operational conditions and provide follow-up recommendations.
• Conduct inspections or field visits to assess SOP implementation and ensure execution quality.
• Manage operational coordination with area teams such as Beauty Advisor, Sales, and other supporting functions.
• Prepare periodic area operational reports, including findings, risks, and improvement suggestions.
• Implement operational programs from head office/regional to the area with consistent execution quality.
• Ensure area operational documentation is complete and accurate for audit or evaluation needs.
