Job summary

Intikom is seeking a junior Talent Acquisition support to assist hiring managers in IT recruitment. You will source candidates, conduct HR screening, and prepare shortlists for review.

The role focuses on coordinating interview schedules, maintaining ATS data, and contributing to employer branding and process improvements within a dynamic tech environment. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience are welcome, with a chance to build a career in Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience welcome to apply.
• Comfortable communicating professionally with candidates and willingness to conduct recruitment interviews.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring workflows.
• Able to manage multiple tasks while meeting timelines and service expectations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible in handling recruitment data and administration.
• Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition and the IT / technology industry.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting activities.
• Source potential candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, CV databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial / HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, motivation, and alignment with job requirements.
• Prepare candidate shortlists and interview summaries for review by hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the ATS.
• Support recruitment SLA tracking, including candidate submission, response time, and interview coordination.
• Handle recruitment administrative and operational activities.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates to support a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in talent attraction initiatives, employer branding activities, and Talent Acquisition / HR projects.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and workflows.
