Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia seeks a Sales Operations professional to optimize sales systems and deliver insights across accounts. The role focuses on enabling effective use of sales tools, system training, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency.

You will provide training, maintain systems for customer management, tour planning, promotions, and reporting, and work with IT to resolve issues while driving process automation and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience in IT and sales domains is required.
• Knowledge of sales processes and sales systems.
• Ability to facilitate demonstrations of system usage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support and training to enable effective use of sales systems.
• Maintain and optimize systems for sales (customer mgmt, tour planning, promotions, listing maintenance, reporting).
• Collaborate with IT service providers to resolve user technical problems.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of sales processes.
