Job summary

Syntek Energy & Control is seeking a Civil Engineer to convert RFQs into technical designs, conduct site surveys, and prepare timely technical and commercial proposals for EPC and solar PV projects. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering and PM to ensure winning bids and accurate BOQs.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 1 year experience (fresh graduates welcomed), and proficiency in ETABS, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Overtime and fast-paced environment readiness are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Civil Engineer; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel; able to use ETABS, AutoCAD.
• Able to read engineering drawings and details with accuracy.
• Willing to work overtime and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in EPC projects and Solar PV/PLTS is preferred.
• Familiar with bidding documents (proposal/quotation).
• Active in organizations and able to read technical documents.

• Interpreting RFQ from customer into technical design and engineering.
• Performs site surveys to develop base design and installation plans.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposal on time based on deadline from customer.
• Support preparation of all necessary bidding documentation.
• Liaise between Sales, Engineering, and Project Management Department.
• Support Sales to establish, develop, and maintain relationships with customers.
• Support Sales in tender negotiation and contract terms.
• Support Engineering Division to perform civil engineering calculation and analysis.
• Create BOQ for tender and project execution purpose.
• May manage respective vendors or subcontractors.
• Reporting to Proposal Engineer Assistant Manager.

Requirements :
