Job summary

JAPFA, a leading agribusiness company, is seeking a skilled finance analyst to support annual budgeting and management reporting in Jakarta. You will assist in budgeting for JAPFA Group and participate in various analysis projects for management's reports.

Requirements include 3-5 years in a similar role, strong accounting knowledge, exposure to P&L analysis, KPI and variance analysis, cost benchmarking, and advanced Excel skills; English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role producing accurate analyses.
• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and practices.
• Exposure to P&L analysis, KPI operational analysis, variance analysis and review.
• Familiarity with cost analysis, benchmarking analysis, variance analysis and review.
• Budgeting and forecasting experience is beneficial.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to perform high-volume data analysis with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
