Role Description

Junior Marketing Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote Vplus services and strengthen brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, assisting in campaign planning, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting sales initiatives. The Marketing Staff will collaborate with internal teams to prepare marketing materials, manage customer inquiries, and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing basic reports, and contributing ideas to improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and assist in developing Marketing Strategy.
• Basic understanding of Sales processes and support activities related to marketing campaigns.
