Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Staff role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Marketing Staff will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that promote Viction.id’s trading education programs and digital content. Daily activities include assisting with market research, helping to develop and implement marketing strategies, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting sales initiatives aimed at growing the learner community. The role involves interacting with potential and existing learners, responding to inquiries, and providing clear information about programs and services. The Marketing Staff will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across social media, online platforms, and offline events.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage learners, respond to inquiries, and represent the brand professionally.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to help analyze audience needs and support effective campaign planning.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills and an understanding of basic marketing principles to support enrollment targets and partnership opportunities.
• Candidates should have familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms, especially those popular with Gen Z and Millennials.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in education or trading-related industries is an advantage.
