PT. AOWID REFRIGERATION INDONESIA is seeking a results-driven Sales/Marketing professional with a mechanical engineering background to promote refrigeration machines across Indonesia.

You will develop sales strategies, engage industrial clients, distributors and contractors, and provide after-sales support. Fluent English, strong communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Fluent English is required.
• Experience in sales or marketing for HVAC/refrigeration equipment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (preferred).
• Willing to undertake long-term business trips.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote refrigeration machines.
• Identify and engage with potential customers including industrial clients, distributors, and contractors.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
