Job summary

PT. River Hope Consulting Indonesia is seeking a capable legal professional to join the team in Jakarta.

The role involves providing legal guidance across multiple sectors including construction, manufacturing, mining, real estate, and hospitality, as well as reviewing contracts and conducting due diligence for various projects. The candidate should have at least two years of local law firm or corporate legal department experience, strong English language skills, and the ability to advise

• Excellent language skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on practice areas including construction and infrastructure, online gaming, wholesale, manufacturing, mining, hotel management and real estate.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents; conduct due diligence for M&A or other projects.
• Identify legal issues and provide opinions and reports; monitor regulatory changes and compliance implications.
• Develop and maintain liaison with clients' legal teams or related institutions to facilitate communication.

Monthly Salary range:IDR 7,000,000-10,000,000/month(excluding pph 21 and BPJS);

Qualifications

With at least 2-yearexperience in local law firmsor company legal department;

Expertise and experience in foreign direct investment, legal due diligence, manufacturing, construction, mining practice, general corporate mattersor permit application;

Able to carry out legal search and advise in efficient manner;

With good communicationand fast responseto foreigncounsels;

Job Description

Provide legal advice regarding relevant practice, including but not limited to: construction and infrastructure, online gaming, online video, wholesale, manufacturing, mining, hotel management and real estate property;

Review and draft of contracts, agreements, and any other legal documents;

Conduct legal due diligence for M&A projects or other projects;

Responsible to identify legal issues and provide legal opinion and reports;

Keeping up-to-date with changes in regulatory legislation, compliances, guidelines and provide regular reports on business opportunities and documents legislation affecting company business and/or policies;

Develop, maintain and strengthen liaison and work relationship with clients' legal team, or related institutions to facilitate efficient communication (optional）
