Job summary

Lamipak is seeking a 1st operator assistant to support shift tasks in lamination production. The role focuses on safe operation, quality inspection system performance, and data recording. You will follow 1st operator instructions and collaborate with production and quality teams to meet plan targets.

The position emphasizes adherence to safety and quality standards such as ISO and GMP, with opportunities to participate in process improvements and documentation of procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is SMA/SMK; a Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Engineering, will be prioritized.
• Basic use of Microsoft Office tools.
• Able to work under pressure; willing to rotate shifts; able to load/push heavy weights.
• Good communication skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Understand and apply Occupational Health and Safety (K3) principles.
• Demonstrate responsibility, develop work plans and priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist 1st operator to organize the shift to accomplish all production tasks and targets of Lamination process according to the production plan.
• Safely operate, control quality and productivity of defect inspection system (MES & ISRA).
• Follow instructions of the 1st machine operator and support production and quality teams.
• Strictly follow operational standards.
• Commit to continuous improvement of production process operations.
• Record lamination process data and communicate timely to relevant stakeholders.
• Implement and follow procedures, work instructions, and one point lessons.
• Participate in the Company improvement system (LCI).
• Ensure fulfillment of safety, ISO9001, ISO14001, BrC, HACCP, ISO22000, GMPs, FDA, Halal, 5's, and related company systems within printing process.
• Participate in any other tasks assigned by direct supervisor with good quality and results.
