Job summary

STYLE KOREAN INDONESIA is seeking a results-driven Modern Trade Merchandiser to strengthen relationships with key accounts and ensure in-store visibility. You will coordinate stock, planograms, and promotions to drive sell-out across beauty and FMCG channels.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, speak English fluently, and have at least 1 year in modern trade merchandising, preferably in beauty/skincare. This on-site role is based in Bintaro, South Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• 1+ year in Modern Trade merchandising or retail operations, preferably in beauty/skincare/FMCG.
• Strong merchandising principles and beauty/skincare market trends understanding.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation capability.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with cross-team collaboration ability.
• Experience managing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; merchandising software knowledge a plus.
• WFO at Bintaro, South Tangerang; valid SIM C preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in modern trade channels (e.g., Sociolla, Guardian, Watson).
• Ensure proper visibility, placement, and display of products according to brand guidelines.
• Monitor and optimize stock levels, product rotation, and shelf life at store level to avoid out-of-stock or expired products.
• Coordinate with sales and supply chain teams to manage timely replenishment and product availability.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to check planogram compliance and promotional setup.
• Negotiate for additional display space and promotional placements to increase product visibility and sales.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing, and consumer trends.
• Implement trade marketing initiatives and in-store promotions effectively to drive sell-out.
• Report on merchandising performance, sales trends, and opportunities for improvement.
