SIRCLO is seeking a detail-oriented operations assistant to monitor inbound flows from distributors and customers, track stock and cycle counts, and gather data for reporting. The role requires at least one year of related experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of relevant work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Willing to work on-site at SIRCLO’s Jabodetabek warehouse.
Flexible working hours and eagerness to learn new skills.

Responsabilités

Inbound monitoring from distributor, principal, and customer.
Monitor stock and cycle counting performance, including low-quality or expired stock.
Gather evaluation data or reports.
Implement existing policies or procedures.
Apply problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues or complaints.
Assist in implementing improvements.
Collaborate as a team and adapt to flexible hours.
