Job summary

SIRCLO is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to monitor inbound flows from distributors, principals, and customers. You will track stock levels, perform cycle counts, and report findings to support inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include enforcing existing policies, solving daily operational issues, and assisting with improvement initiatives. On-site at the Jabodetabek warehouse with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Holds at least a high school certificate (SMA/SMK), a diploma, or a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Strong integrity and positive attitude.
• Self-driven, intuitive, and a team player with results orientation.
• Adaptable to flexible working hours and eager to learn new skills.
• Willing to work on-site at SIRCLO's Jabodetabek warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Inbound monitoring from distributor, principal, and customer.
• Monitor stock and cycle counting, including bad stock.
• Gather evaluation data and prepare reports.
• Implement existing operational policies and procedures.
• Apply problem solving to resolve day-to-day issues or complaints.
• Assist in implementing improvements.
