Job summary

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist (experience in Organizational Development/OD is a strong plus).
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, including Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Training, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Discipline, and Employment Contracts (PKWT/PKWTT).
• Familiar with Indonesian Labor Laws and BPJS regulations.
• Strong multitasking abilities with excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated honesty, discipline, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Performance Management cycle (KPI/OKR) and coordinate employee development or training programs.
• Handle end-to-end HR administration, including attendance tracking, employee database maintenance (HRIS), and official correspondence.
• Execute the full-cycle recruitment process to meet company hiring needs.
• Oversee onboarding for new hires and offboarding procedures for departing employees.
• Support organizational engagement initiatives to foster a positive company culture.
