Job summary

RecruitGo is seeking a Junior Finance Officer to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations across multiple entities in Jakarta. You will monitor bank transactions, perform cash reconciliations, process payments, and help maintain tax records including VAT and CIT documentation, while issuing invoices to Dubai-based clients.

This role requires at least two years in accounting or finance operations, strong attention to detail, and good organizational skills to manage multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Experience with bank reconciliation and payment processing.
• Familiarity with tax tracking, VAT, and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) documentation.
• Experience handling invoices, receipts, and financial records.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data.
• Good organizational and time-management skills across multiple entities.
• Comfortable working with banking platforms and accounting/finance systems.
• Good communication and ability to coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Mandiri and DBS bank accounts and send payment receipts to clients.
• Update and maintain Money Received vs. Money Out reconciliation.
• Input and process payments while ensuring sufficient funds are available.
• Maintain the monthly tax tracking for each entity.
• Update the annual Corporate Income Tax (CIT) records for all entities.
• Prepare 0% VAT documentation as required.
• Maintain and update the prepayments list for each entity.
• Prepare and issue invoices to Dubai-based clients.
• Ensure financial records and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Assist with other routine accounting and finance administration tasks as required.

Position Overview

This includes monitoring bank transactions and available funds, performing cash reconciliation, processing payments, maintaining tax-related records, preparing VAT documentation, managing prepayments, and issuing invoices to Dubai-based clients.
