Job summary

L'Oréal Indonesia is seeking a Junior Field Trainer & Project Manager to enhance the capabilities of Medical Detailing Specialists and implement training modules. You will travel extensively to shadow visits, coach MDS, and lead training improvements across launches and studies.

You will design engaging product-knowledge sessions, analyze performance data, and collaborate with Medical Communication and Relations teams to elevate field performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field preferred.
• Min 3 years in Aesthetic/Dermocosmetic involving coaching and developing field teams.
• Strong ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex medical information clearly.
• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating training programs and coaching.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to influence at all levels.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60%+) to conduct field visits and training.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HCP Interaction Training Module and Selling Skills with shadow visits; provide coaching.
• Develop and deliver product knowledge sessions for new MDS; retraining for launches and studies.
• Document findings and analyze performance; produce actionable insights with senior teams.
• Translate shadow findings into concrete training improvement plans with Medical team.
• Manage specimen forecast and monthly stock opname.
• Lead Medical Strategic Projects and drive field-level execution.
