Job summary

Body Lab Bali is seeking a Junior Content Creator to join our dynamic wellness brand. You will produce engaging visuals, shoot and edit content, and help shape our social media presence across Instagram and TikTok.

Minimum one year in content creation or a strong portfolio; Diploma or Bachelor in a related field preferred. Expect a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities to grow in digital marketing and visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Communications, Multimedia, Design, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator; strong portfolio if fresh graduate.
• Proactive and creative with ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Up-to-date with Instagram, TikTok and other social media trends.

Job Description
As a Junior Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging visual content that tells our brand story. You will work closely with the marketing team to shoot, edit, and design content for our social media platforms, ensuring our feed is fresh, relevant, and aligned with current trends.

Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communications, Multimedia, Design, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Creativity: Proactive, creative, and able to develop fresh, engaging, and relevant content ideas.

Trend Awareness: Up to date with the latest trends on Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media engagement, and content performance.

Work Ethic: Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Attitude: Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently.

Technical Skills Requirements

Photography & Videography: Able to capture high-quality photos and videos for social media and digital marketing purposes.

Video Editing: Proficient in video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.

Photo Editing: Basic photo editing skills; experience with Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop is an advantage.

Visual Technique: Good understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and camera angles.

Social Media Formats: Able to create engaging content specifically for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, and Feed posts.

Technical Knowledge: Familiar with platform-specific content formats, aspect ratios, and resolution requirements.

Graphic Design: Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
