Job summary

StickEarn is seeking a Junior Compliance Staff to support regulatory compliance, licensing, governance documentation, and regulatory reporting. You will work with the Legal team to ensure requirements are monitored and implemented, manage OSS/NIB registrations, and assist with annual reporting.

This role offers a hybrid setup, a private insurance, and a growth-driven environment. Fresh graduates are welcome, preferably with internship experience in Legal, Compliance, or Corporate functions, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, preferably with internship experience in Legal, Compliance, or Corporate-related functions.
• Basic understanding of business licensing, corporate regulations, OSS, and NIB.
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with documents, data, and deadlines.
• Good analytical and communication/co-ordination skills; well organized with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage OSS, NIB, business licensing, and other regulatory registrations.
• Handle Bapenda-related regulatory matters.
• Maintain the Group yearly report and prepare the annual report.
• Maintain the regulatory compliance calendar and monitor relevant deadlines.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their initial impact on the Company, including SKPD and OSS-related matters.
• Prepare and maintain GCG-related memos, SOPs, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain compliance documentation and records.
• Coordinate regulatory audits, inspections, and information requests.
• Follow up with relevant business units on compliance implementation.
• Escalate material compliance issues to the manager.

We are looking for a Junior Compliance Staff who will support the Company in managing regulatory compliance, business licensing, governance documentation, and regulatory reporting. This role will work closely with the Legal team and relevant business units to ensure regulatory requirements are properly monitored and implemented.

What You’ll Do
