Job summary

StickEarn, an advertising technology company in Indonesia, is seeking a Finance, Accounting & Tax - Junior Staff to strengthen its FAT team. You will handle accounting records, support monthly and yearly closings, and assist consolidated financial reporting across a multi-entity group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a multi-entity/group company structure.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP (PSAK) and generally accepted accounting practices.
• Familiar with accounting/ERP software (e.g. Netsuite, Jurnal.id, Odoo).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, advanced formulas).
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Advantageous: experience in the advertising/media industry or prior exposure to consolidated financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Record accounting transactions (general journals, AP/AR, fixed assets) in accordance with PSAK.
• Support timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Perform periodic account reconciliations (bank, intercompany, balance sheet).
• Support the consolidation process of financial statements across group entities.
• Prepare working papers and supporting documentation for external audits.
• Coordinate with the tax team on transaction documentation relevant to tax compliance.
• Maintain complete and organized accounting documentation in line with internal company policy.

As a Finance, Accounting & Tax - Junior Staff, you will play a key role in strengthening our FAT team by managing accounting records, supporting monthly closing processes, and assisting financial statement consolidation across a multi-entity group environment.
