Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing communications, or related role.
• Experience in perfume, fragrance, beauty, fashion, or FMCG is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing campaigns, consumer behavior, and market research.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Creative, analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support brand growth strategies and the execution of marketing initiatives.
• Assist in brand and community development to strengthen brand awareness and consumer engagement.
• Maintain consistent brand communication across relevant marketing channels.
• Support initiatives to improve consumer loyalty and brand advocacy.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, and brand activations.
• Assist in managing partnerships and collaborations with influencers and external partners.
