Job summary

PT Kembang Anak Deli is seeking a dedicated Marketplace Operations Associate in Jakarta to manage Shopee and TikTok Shop, process orders, reconcile payments, and generate routine sales reports. The role includes hosting live streams, coordinating with KOLs, and liaising with warehouse teams to resolve order issues.

Working hours are Monday through Saturday, 9am–5pm, based in Jakarta Barat. This position focuses on accurate reporting, timely order processing, and collaborative cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience with marketplace platforms especially Shopee and TikTok Shop.
• Ability to reconcile payments and monitor transactions across platforms.
• Strong data entry and reporting skills for daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Responsibilities

• Check and reconcile payment transactions from marketplaces.
• Manage marketplace operations (Shopee & TikTok Shop).
• Process and monitor incoming orders until completion.
• Record payment status, orders, cancellations, refunds, and returns accurately.
• Input and update sales data and create daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Host live streaming on marketplace (2 hours per day) with commission if targets are reached.
• Manage and coordinate with KOLs/Influencers alongside Marketing Lead.
• Coordinate with warehouse and packing teams regarding orders and transaction issues.
• Assist in preparing routine monthly reports.

Key responsibilities

Check and reconcile payment transactions from marketplaces

Manage marketplace operations (Shopee & TikTok Shop)

Process and monitor incoming orders until completion
