Job summary

PT Surya Dharmagati, an Indonesian brand Carvil, is seeking an accounting assistant to support timely and accurate financial recording in line with SOPs, PSAK, and authorities. The role focuses on AP/AR reconciliation, GL analysis, and monthly close activities within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have 1–2 years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and good communication across levels. Work location is Jakarta Utara with standard on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
• Knowledge in accountancy and taxation is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferable.
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across seniority levels.
• Excellent analytical abilities and accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Placement at Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara.

Responsibilities

• Account Payable and Account Receivable data reconciliation.
• GL account analysis with explanations for changes.
• Monthly tax preparation, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Gather financial data and ledgers for reporting.
• Consolidate and analyze financial statements and results.
• Support monthly and annual financial closings.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and provide responsive support.
• Prepare and report Annual SPT and related filings.
• Create e-invoices, VAT returns, and reports.
