Job summary

PT. INTERNET PRATAMA INDONESIA TBK in Surabaya seeks an Accounting Staff to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain ledgers, and prepare accurate reports in line with local regulations.

You will collaborate with AP/AR teams and assist with tax filings and timely financial documentation. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and committed to financial accuracy, with 1–3 years of relevant experience and a solid Excel skill set.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in general accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic financial formulas).
• Understanding of standard accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling all transactions.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle daily bookkeeping duties and journal entry postings, including all income & expense transactions.
• Support tax calculation, preparation, and timely filing (VAT/PPh) in compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare documentation and schedules for stock opnames.
• Collaborate with AP/AR and operational teams to file all financial documents.
