Job summary

LMN VFX in Jakarta seeks an entry-level 3D modeler to join a fast-paced, collaborative production environment, creating high-quality, production-ready models.

You will ensure efficient topology and clean UV layouts, aligning with Rigging, Layout, and Lookdev pipelines, while maintaining consistency and meeting deadlines. A strong artistic eye and eagerness to learn under supervision are valued, with portfolio work covering modeling, texturing, and shading.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge of subdivision modeling and clean topology.
• Basic understanding of organic sculpting workflows.
• Proficiency in at least one 3D software (Maya or 3ds Max).
• Solid artistic sense with form, scale, proportion, and silhouette.
• Ability to follow naming conventions and production pipelines.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to improve.
• Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
• Eager to learn new skills and techniques, and able to work under supervision.
• Calm under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of texturing and shading (PBR/non-PBR) is a plus.
• A compilation of your best 3D asset work, including beauty renders, clay renders, and wireframes → showing the modeling, texturing, and shading process.
• An online portfolio with a clean and professional presentation.
