PT Agate International in Bandung, Indonesia is seeking a skilled 3D Artist to create game-ready stylized anime environment assets, including props, architecture, terrain, and vegetation. You will adapt concepts into cohesive 3D worlds and collaborate across art, design, and production teams.

The role requires 3+ years in game development, proficiency with Blender and other tools, and the ability to deliver optimized, modular assets for real-time engines. Office-based work is expected at Agate.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience as a 3D Artist in the game development industry.
• Experience with 3D content creation software such as Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Marmoset Toolbag (adapt to Blender pipeline).
• Ability to create high-quality stylized textures and models from concepts.
• Strong understanding of game-ready environment modeling: topology, UVs, modular construction, textures, optimization.
• Proficiency in stylized textures and materials using Substance Painter, Photoshop, or Substance Designer.
• Proactive communicator and able to take feedback; willing to work at Agate Office.

Responsabilidades

• Create game-ready stylized anime 3D environment models and textures, including props, architecture, terrain, vegetation, and other assets.
• Translate concepts and visual references into 3D assets while maintaining shape language, proportions, silhouettes, composition.
• Create optimized topology, UVs, materials, and textures for real-time game development.
• Develop reusable and modular assets that can be assembled into cohesive environments.
• Collaborate with artists, leads, technical artists, designers, and production teams to integrate assets.
• Deliver work on time according to production schedule while managing multiple tasks and iterations.
