Job summary

CPSSoft in Kediri is seeking a Jr. Business Acquisition Executive to identify and close new business opportunities for ACCURATE Accounting Software solutions. You will engage prospects, build rapport, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead to contract.

The role emphasizes a consultative approach, strong communication, and an extensive local network. Fresh graduates are welcome; S1 in related fields is preferred; sales commissions are based on achievement.

Qualifications

• Min. S1 from Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related major; fresh graduates welcome.
• Understand sales funnel and sales pipeline concepts.
• Able to generate organic and outbound leads.
• Experience using Accurate is preferred.
• Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn about business development and sales strategies.
