Job summary

John Hardy is seeking a Production Management leader to oversee delivery, quantity, and quality standards in jewelry manufacturing. You will manage capacity to meet demand and optimize labor and overhead for cost efficiency.

You will ensure SOP compliance, allocate resources for cyclical demand, and discuss operational issues with superiors. Familiarity with RJC, ISO 14001, and H&S is expected, along with strong leadership and cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within jewelry or metal manufacturing.
• Experience managing jewelry production processes, capacity, manpower allocation, and cost control.
• Good understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes, including casting, assembly, polishing, finishing, and quality control.
• Knowledge of jewelry industry standards (RJC) and environmental/health & safety regulations (ISO 14001, H&S).
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills with ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and cross‑department coordination.
