Job summary

Deckers International HK Limited is seeking an experienced Footwear Production and QC Manager to oversee the production process and ensure the highest standards of quality control for footwear products. You will lead planning, scheduling, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across production teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in footwear or manufacturing production/quality control, strong leadership, data analysis skills, and collaboration with suppliers to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar production and quality control management role within the footwear or manufacturing industry
• Proven ability to lead and motivate production teams, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent technical knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use relevant software tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Engineering or Production Management, is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end production process, from planning and scheduling to quality assurance and problem-solving
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise production workflows and improve efficiency
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet strict specifications
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Train and supervise production staff to maintain high levels of performance and quality
• Analyse production data and generate reports to track key metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods
