Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a Production Operations Manager to oversee SPs' Quality, Manufacturing, and CSR performance, reporting to the Director, Production Operations. You will drive lean manufacturing and collaborate with service providers to ensure top-line quality and efficiency.

In this role, you will lead supplier relationships, implement corrective actions, and advance production processes with a hands-on, strategic approach to maximize productivity across the network.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with a minimum 8 years in sourcing handbags, accessories, footwear, or related line.
• Strong vendor management and knowledge of technical production processes.
• Excellent leadership and team motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for all Production Operations activities within assigned SPs.
• Communicate quality, production and CSR issues to the right parties and oversee corrective actions.
• Drive Tapestry strategies to build cross-functional relationships with service providers.
• Lead SPs to exceed expectations as high‑performance suppliers.
• Prioritize preventative measures and early detection of quality issues in production processes.
• Improve record keeping and actions in SP quality assurance systems.
• Ensure staffing structures across production operations are robust and appropriate.
• Drive lean manufacturing adoption to maximize productivity.
• Oversee the implementation of new methods, equipment, and materials.
