The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with fashion jewelry, and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator. You will collaborate with design, marketing, and operations to support launches and campaigns in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in product development or design.
• Strong knowledge of jewelry and fashion trends; ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Aufgaben

• Monitor market and jewelry trends to develop product ideas and concepts.
• Analyze sales and product data across stores to identify customer preferences.
• Determine suitable products for each store.
• Translate management ideas into product concepts for new arrivals and signature collections.
• Communicate product concepts and design directions to design production teams.
• Coordinate product development from concept to final product.
• Ensure alignment with approved designs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Marcomm and Operations to support product launches and campaigns.
