PT Daya Mineral Alam seeks an experienced Jetty Controller to lead and optimize the company's jetty and marine operations. The role focuses on developing operational plans, managing resources, and ensuring safe, compliant cargo handling and shipping execution to support production targets.

The ideal candidate has extensive jetty/marine logistics experience, a proven leadership track at senior levels, and is willing to be based at Ketapang, West Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant jetty, port, marine logistics experience.
• Leadership at Superintendent/Senior Superintendent or Manager level.
• Experience in bauxite mining is highly preferred.
• Willing to be based at Ketapang site, West Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement jetty and marine operational plans, budgets, and performance targets.
• Oversee cargo handling, stockpile coordination, loading preparation, and shipment documentation.
• Ensure loading activities meet quantity, quality, schedule, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate loading plans with mining ops, QC, surveyors, shipping partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor productivity, equipment availability, cargo losses, and delays; drive improvements.
• Lead marine planning including barge/vessel scheduling, tugboat allocation, and shipment coordination.
