Job summary

ATI Business Group is seeking a Japanese-speaking professional to join our Operations team in Indonesia. You will support transactional processing, documentation, and records management to ensure accurate and timely business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major
• Professional Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1–N4) required
• CEFR English proficiency at least B2
• Willing to work a rotating roster including overnights, weekends and holidays
• Based in BSD and/or Jakarta
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Responsibilities

• Verify, process, and record business transactions and operational requests accurately and on time
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and supporting documentation with data integrity
• Investigate discrepancies and follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally within turnaround times
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operations
• Perform data validation and back-office administrative tasks
• Support ad hoc process improvements and contribute to team targets
