Job summary

ATI Business Group is seeking a dedicated Japanese-speaking professional to join the Operations team in Indonesia. You will support a range of administrative processes, ensure records are accurate, and coordinate efficiently across departments.

JLPT N1–N4 and CEFR B2+ English are required, with a willingness to work a rotating schedule including overnights. Based in BSD or Jakarta, you will handle data validation, reporting, and back-office tasks while upholding high standards of accuracy and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Professional Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1–N4) required.
• English proficiency CEFR B2 or above.
• Willing to work on rotating roster, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Based in BSD and/or Jakarta.
• Strong attention to detail to manage high volumes accurately.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Verify, process, and record business transactions and operational requests accurately and within service levels.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and supporting documentation with data integrity.
• Investigate discrepancies, resolve exceptions, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally within turnaround times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily activities.
• Perform data validation, record checking, and administrative tasks for accuracy and compliance.
• Support ad hoc back-office activities and continuous process improvements.
• Contribute to achieving team productivity, quality, and service targets.
