Job summary

Princess Cruises is seeking a Utility Dining Attendant (Japanese Speaking) for its onboard dining team on a fixed term contract. You will support the service team, ensure high-quality dining service, and help execute food and beverage operations in line with brand standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in F&B, good English communication, and Japanese language proficiency. The role offers a competitive salary, onboard cabin, travel to and from the ship, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of F&B experience, such as waiter or runner.
• Basic understanding of public health and sanitation.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Japanese language proficiency from JLPT N5 to N1.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team in a multicultural setting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced cruise environment.

Responsibilities

• Support service team in delivering high-quality dining experiences.
• Ensure dining areas are set up per brand standards.
• Assist with timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels of dining areas.
• Record orders accurately using onboard POS system.
• Adhere to RSA and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate to resolve guest and teammate issues.
