Job summary
Digital Edge seeks an experienced Team Lead, Talent Acquisition, Indonesia to lead a small TA team in Jakarta, own critical hires, and scale hiring for our rapidly growing data centre footprint across Indonesia.
You will manage senior and confidential hires, translate headcount budgets into quarterly plans, and ensure transparent, written offers with clear approvals. Strong Bahasa Indonesia and English are essential.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Talent Acquisition
- 2+ years leading or coaching recruiters in Indonesia
- Proven high-volume hiring for technical/site roles
- Closed senior and specialist hires for demanding managers
- Commercial judgement on offers and pay structures
- Comfortable with data: pipeline, capacity, risks
- Hands-on with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop TA team in Jakarta
- Allocate requisitions so recruiters carry 20–25 live roles
- Own senior and confidential Indonesia hires from intake to offer
- Translate headcount budget into hiring plan by site and quarter
- Run career days, job expos and partnerships for technician hiring
- Build direct sourcing and referral pipelines; limit agencies to niche roles
- Ensure approvals on all offers and maintain ATS as single source of truth
- Collaborate with managers, HRBPs and Finance on service levels and decisions
- Monitor pipeline, time to hire and source of hire using data
