Job summary

Digital Edge Data Center in Indonesia is looking for an Associate Project Director (Construction) to lead and oversee the delivery of its data center construction projects—from design development through procurement, mobilization, construction, testing, commissioning and handover—ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and safety compliance.

You will lead Project Managers and site teams, manage EPC contracts, develop master schedules and cost reports, and coordinate with Engineering, Procurement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree an advantage.
• Minimum 12 years of construction project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee data center construction projects from design development, procurement, and mobilization through construction, testing and commissioning, and handover.
• Provide leadership to Project Managers, Construction Managers, and site teams with clear targets and accountability.
• Oversee tendering, negotiation, and award of EPC, main contractor, and consultant contracts; manage variations and claims.
• Develop and control master schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports; drive value engineering.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet technical and business requirements.
• Identify risks (supply chain, schedule, site constraints) and develop mitigation strategies.
