Job summary

Staffinc invites fresh graduates in Jakarta to join the PMDP, a curated development experience to prepare aspiring Project Managers for real-world success. You will engage in client liaison, project planning, onboarding, and payroll support as part of a hands-on program.

You will collaborate with internal teams and clients, fulfill recruitment and compensation duties, and help drive project execution while developing leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Must be domiciled in Jakarta.
• Proactive with fast response and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required.
• Self-starter who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience is a plus; age 21–30.

Responsibilities

• Support project management planning, scope, timelines, and resources.
• Build and maintain communication with clients and internal teams.
• Assist with payroll processing and salary data analysis.
• Manage worker/agent data, contracts, and compliance.
• Assist recruitment, compensation, and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate project planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
