Job summary

PT Gunanusa Eramandiri in Jakarta is seeking a Sales & Distribution Supervisor to lead daily operations and bridge field sales with market strategies.

You will supervise Sales Executives, ensure product availability across MT, GT, and B2B contracts, and drive KPI performance while maintaining compliance.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 2–3 years in FMCG/F&B, strong Excel/ERP experience, and a valid SIM A for mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline; Management, Marketing, or Communications is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Sales or Distribution Supervisor in FMCG or F&B.
• Strong understanding of the local market landscape, including MT, GT, and B2B opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data processing.
• Experience with ERP systems such as MS Dynamics, SAP, or Odoo is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in monitoring distributor performance through sales KPI achievement and logistics efficiency.
• Must hold a valid Indonesian Class A driving license (SIM A) for field mobility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate, and support daily sales, marketing, and product distribution operations within the assigned territory to ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Manage sales data, including field data collection, validation, and accurate record-keeping. Ensure that all sales documents are complete to facilitate the billing process.
• Ensure product availability and a smooth supply flow across Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT), and B2B commercial contracts within the assigned region.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of field Sales Executives within the local team. Coordinate with the sales team and relevant departments to ensure accurate sales data is available as needed.
• Foster effective internal collaboration to support efficient sales operations.
• Ensure that branch offices and distribution operations handle products in accordance with the company's quality and food safety standards and regulations.
• Prepare regional sales performance reports and competitor analyses, and recommend local promotional strategies to the Business Unit Head.
• Identify potential risks in sales and administrative activities, such as data inaccuracies, incomplete documentation, or violations of data privacy policies.
• Implement risk management measures and ensure compliance with applicable procedures and policies.
