Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a BIM Modeler - MEP & Construction to develop and maintain BIM models and technical drawings using Autodesk Revit for construction and engineering projects in Jakarta. The role reports to the Project Manager and focuses on translating drawings and design requirements into accurate, coordinated BIM models across MEP and civil/structural disciplines.

You will collaborate with design engineers, construction teams, and site personnel to resolve coordination

Qualifications

SMK/Diploma (D3) or S1 in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain BIM models using Revit for MEP and civil/structural works.
Coordinate across disciplines, perform clash detection, and resolve technical conflicts before construction.
Generate floor plans, sections, and detailed construction drawings from BIM models with accurate revision control.
Maintain BIM modeling standards, naming conventions, libraries, and documentation procedures.
Perform BIM-based quantity take-offs and categorize quantities by discipline to support material estimation.
