amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled IT Vendor Manager to oversee third-party vendors supporting taxi operations. You will manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle, from onboarding to performance reviews, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure reliable IT systems, devices, and services.

You will evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and support procurement activities while driving cost efficiency and service quality in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Formación

• Experience in taxi industry is required.
• Hands-on IT vendor management, procurement, sourcing, or related functions.
• Experience managing third-party vendors for IT systems, software or devices.
• Strong understanding of vendor selection, pricing, contracts and performance management.
• Proven ability to coordinate between internal teams and external vendors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to translate operational requirements into vendor or procurement solutions.

• Support contract, pricing, and cost management for third-party IT services.
• Identify opportunities to improve vendor performance, service quality, and procurement efficiency.

Requirements

• Must have previous or current experience working in the taxi industry.
• Hands-on experience in IT Vendor Management, IT Procurement, Procurement, Vendor Management, IT Sourcing, or related functions.
• Experience managing third-party vendors for IT systems, software, devices, or other technology solutions.
• Good understanding of vendor selection, negotiation, pricing, contracts, and performance management.
• Experience coordinating between internal teams and external vendors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to understand operational requirements and translate them into appropriate vendor or procurement solutions.
