Job summary

You will monitor performance, prevent downtime, support users, protect data, and contribute to system integration and documentation. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years in IT are required, with good English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT staff, IT support, or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networks.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of server administration.
• Good communication and proficient English.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, servers, and network systems to ensure stable operations.
• Proactively monitor performance to prevent downtime.
• Provide timely technical support to users.
• Maintain data security and backup processes.
• Assist with system integration and internal applications.
• Create and update technical documentation and diagrams.
• Track IT assets and manage inventory.
• Guide employees with basic IT onboarding.
