PT Securemetric Technology is seeking an IT Support and Security specialist to maintain and secure the organisation's IT infrastructure. You will manage networks, servers, hardware and software, ensure availability, and coordinate with vendors.

This role requires hands-on technical work, training new teammates and documenting procedures. The ideal candidate has experience in IT support and security, strong troubleshooting skills, and good English proficiency.

Formación

• Experience managing IT infrastructure, networks, servers, operating systems and end-user devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving across hardware, software, connectivity and security environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with customers, vendors and IT teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, routers, switches, IP phones, servers, antivirus, Wi‑Fi and firewalls.
• Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies.
• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, OS, networks, printers and system management tools.
• Ensure high availability of systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor and test application performance; identify bottlenecks and collaborate with customers on solutions.
• Develop scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Provide technical documentation, presentations, demos, and training.
• Collaborate in design of information and operational support systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT personnel to resolve problems.
• Respond to service requests promptly; provide support in person or by phone.
• Set up new user accounts and manage equipment.
• Test and evaluate new technology; participate in security activities and incident responses.
