Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking an IT Support Specialist to keep computer systems running smoothly, install and configure hardware, and monitor networks from our Jakarta office.

You will assist staff and clients, troubleshoot issues, replace faulty parts, and provide procedural reports, with basic HTML/CSS/SQL knowledge and strong Excel data handling.

A Bachelor's degree in IT/CS and at least two years of experience, plus good English communication, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field required.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL queries.
• Ability to manage and present data with MS Excel.
• Experience in image and video editing.
• Strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get maximum benefit.
• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Assist staff or clients to set up systems or resolve issues via in-person or phone support.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose hardware/software faults.
• Replace parts as required.
• Provide support and create procedural documentation and reports.
